How soon should I book you for my wedding ?

Honestly? As soon as possible. I receive enquiries from brides on a daily basis so it's better to book sooner rather than later.  I’m regularly securing wedding bookings 2 years or more in advance and occasion makeup appointments up to 6 months before an event.

How can I secure my wedding booking?

By payment of a £30 booking fee.  The payment can be made by bank transfer.  All booking fees are non refundable.

Are you mobile ?

I am fully mobile for bridal bookings and can come to your home or chosen venue on your wedding day. 
Trials, occasion and evening makeup bookings and lessons take place at my home salon in Folkestone, Kent.

How many people can you accommodate for make up on the wedding day ?

As many as necessary; depending on timings and requirements.  I have a fab assistant makeup artist I can bring with me should you have a very large bridal party or timings are tight.

Which make up brands do you use ?

My kit contains high end products which I have personally chosen for their longevity, coverage and photographic qualities.  I use a number of beautiful brands including Charlotte Tilbury, Giorgio Armani, YSL, Dior, MAC, Laura Mercier, Sculpted by Aimee and Urban Decay to name a few.  
For false lashes, I love Ardell and Tatti lashes.

What hygiene precautions do you take ?

My kit and brushes are deep cleaned and sanitised after every booking.  Individual brushes are used on each client and every member of a wedding party.   

I use disposable mascara and lip gloss wands and sponges where necessary and antibacterial hand gel throughout the makeup application.  

Products are decanted where required and my kit is stored in wipe clean kit bags.

Are you insured ?

Yes - I am fully insured with Salon Gold.

Do you do hair ?

Unfortunately not, but I work closely with an experienced local hair stylist who I can highly recommend.  Should she not be available, I can provide details for a number of other great hair stylists I’ve previously worked with.
